If you are trying unsuccessfully to activate your Roku device, it's possible your activation code has expired. To check, go to your Roku device and open the PBS channel. If you need to activate, Roku will present you with a popup box telling you that your old code has expired and you need to activate. Roku will give you the option to get a new code. Click OK and the box refreshes with your new code.
