Purchasing PBS Products

How do I order a video of a particular PBS show?
A complete listing of videos currently offered for purchase through PBS is available at ShopPBS or by calling ShopPBS at 1-800-531-4727. For information on videos for continuing series such as NATURE, MASTERPIECE or FRONTLINE, please visit the specific show's website for availability and ordering information. You can access show websites through the Shows A-Z page. * Please note that PBS usually holds rights to its shows for three years following the original broadcast date. After this time, PBS is no longer able to distribute these expired shows to our member stations or sell them to our viewers. Several libraries throughout the country may have copies of shows within their holdings. You may wish to contact your local library to see if they might be able to borrow the show you are interested in through an inter-library loan. Worldcat.org is a useful website that allows you to search library holdings to find items of interest. * PBS is not affiliated with Worldcat.org.

How do I purchase a video copy of a PBS performance show?
Unfortunately, many of our performance shows are cleared for broadcast only. Agreements with artists, guilds and unions prohibit us from making them available in any other form. We apologize for the disappointment. If you would like to contact the producers of a show directly with your request, you can find contact information on the PBS Shows page. You may also find more information available on the show's website. Please check the All Shows A-Z list for a comprehensive list of all show websites on www.pbs.org.
